You can make any windows look cooler by using my steps :

Patch your system and reboot
3! After rebooting you are able to install custom themes
4! Download seven replacer from google..
5! Replace the given files with the theme like shell32.dll only .dll .cpl .wow .mui files.
6! Copy file like this to C:// windows / resources /themes
